Jenna is from the San Francisco Bay Area. She attended Cornell University’s world renowned Hotel School and entered a career of hotel operations. She has managed large properties such as 3,000 room hotels in Vegas, and turned around smaller distressed properties. Jenna has written several dress code and employee handbooks as well as service manuals. During her hotel operations career, she noticed that all of the appropriate dress advice with staff and friends was making a huge difference in their personal and professional lives. This sparked an interest to further her education in textiles and design, and she launched Status Image Consulting soon thereafter.
